Щодо повідомлення RASFF No 2023.0841-fup4 про імпортування з Франції невідповідного харчового продукту (сиру)

До Державної служби України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів
та захисту споживачів через систему швидкого оповіщення щодо харчових
продуктів та кормів (RASFF) надійшло повідомлення від 08 лютого 2023 року
No 2023.0841-fup 4, стосовно виявлення Listeria monocytogenes в сирах
(Гаперон) з пастеризованого молока, що експортувались з Франції (виробник:
SOCIETE LAITIERE DE VICHY, France; експортер: Thomas Export SA, France)
до України (одержувач: ТзОВ «ТД Гурмандіз», вул. Костянтинівська, 72, м.
Київ, 04080) (додається).
Невідповідний харчовий продукт може нанести шкоду здоров’ю
споживача (Listeria monocytogenes – бактерії, що широко розповсюджені у
природі та спричиняють виникнення інфекційного захворювання лістеріоз.
Хвороба характеризується ураженням центральної нервової системи,
септичними проявами, абортами, маститами або перебігає у формі
безсимптомного носійства. За першими симптомами вона схожа на харчове
отруєння. У випадку прогресування хвороби страждає центральна нервова
система (головний мозок). Для літніх людей, осіб із ослабленим імунітетом,
маленьких дітей та вагітних жінок наслідки можуть бути летальними. Тому
важливо звернутись до лікаря, якщо у вас з’явилися ознаки харчового отруєння:
слабкість, озноб, підвищена температура, діарея, блювота. Іншою формою
хвороби може бути ангінозно-септична, яка нагадує ангіну. У разі ураження
нервової системи з’являються ознаки менінгіту, менінгоенцефаліту або абсцесу
мозку. На щастя, сприйнятливість до лістерій у людей невисока. Людська
імунна система вміє боротися з цими бактеріями, не допускаючи розвитку
хвороби. Захворювання в основному вражає людей зі зниженим імунітетом. Це

можуть бути хворі на СНІД та цукровий діабет, особи, які отримують хіміо- і
гормональну терапію, люди похилого віку, діти першого року життя, вагітні
жінки. Імовірність розвитку лістеріозу у вагітних жінок приблизно в 20 разів
вище, ніж у інших дорослих людей. А у хворих на ВІЛ/СНІД ризик того, що
при зустрічі з лістеріями розвинеться лістеріоз, вищий у 300 разів ).
Статтею 20 Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до
безпечності та якості харчових продуктів», оператори ринку (суб’єкти
господарювання) зобов’язані вилучати та/або відкликати у встановлених
законом випадках харчові продукти, які перебувають в обігу, якщо
встановлено, що ці продукти можуть спричинити шкідливий вплив для
здоров’я людини та негайно письмово інформувати про виявлену
невідповідність компетентний орган, а також про вжиті заходи для запобігання
виникненню ризиків для споживача
На території Одеської області потужності підприємства-імпортера не
зареєстровані.

All types of Gaperon and Comtesse de Vichy have been
withdrawn and recalled. A few clients that have received
the concerned cheeses were informed. New analyses
that confirmed the extremely high content of Listeria
monocytogenes in the cheeses and the high risk for the
consumers have been performed. The distribution list
and analysis results are attached in fup6.
